We recently added Google Checkout as an option on SwapUSA.com. But now that we are receiving order from Google Checkout, none of them have any shipping fees added. Customers can just skip the shipping if they click on the Google Checkout link.

Is there any setting we can change to fix this?

In v4 Google Checkout only pulls from customer shipping methods. I see that you have a custom shipping method setup by weight and you also are using rules by weight that only allow that method to pull for orders over 150 lbs. You will need to setup a custom shipping method in order for Google to receive rates. If you don't want your regular cart to use this method just check the box for "hide in cart checkout" meaning this method will only show for google checkout.
