I am still in version 4 and I was wondering if there was a way to change the alphanumeric URL (as I have now as in: https://016fd20.netsolstores.com/index.asp?...D=834&HS=1) to the title URL's with the hyphenated (or even the non-hyphenated) names of the products? Is there an easy way to do this with version 4?

There isn't a way to do that in version 4.
If you're wanting this for SEO purposes you'll be glad to know that Google can index your pages just fine with the urls created in V4. Just make sure you have unique page titles (product name) and descriptions.
