Two days ago, 22oct08, our web site was moved to a different server (and a different email server?.) We have not been migrated to V7. Since then, we have not been able to send or receive email using Eudora v7 from any of our computers. There have been no setting changes our our end. I set up Outlook Express on a couple computers and neither can we send or receive using that email client. It has been a solid 48 hours since the server-swtichover so I'm thinking its not a resolution issue. In our Network Solutions WebMail account I can confirm that my usernames and passwords are good. Also, from directly from WebMail account, we cannot send emails to other users on that account or to my yahoo account. A frequently received error message goes something like: "...0x8000ccc90..." and "...that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)" We will make Outlook/Outlook Express our default email client if that will help.
I would greatly appreciate it if there are any Eudora/NS WebMail/server-change experts out there who can shed some light on my difficulty.
