I am not able to login to obtain site stats using the admin account of our e-comm site. Should there be a different login information or one needs to be setup?

Hello!
Site Statistics do require a separate username and password than your admin panel. To enable statistics for your site, go to our Site Stats Request Form.
There may be an additional charge associated with site statistics. If you are on the Basic plan, statistics are an additional $10/month. If you are on the Plus or Pro plans there is no extra charge, you just need to sign up. If you have another configuration, such as a dedicated server, I would suggest contacting your sales rep at 877.663.5169 for pricing details.
