Hi All

The Version 4 DataPort Import/Export software is not planned for Version 7. Any suggestions on how to import XML orders to a CSV format for our accounting software? Currently in Version 7, their import/export tool doesn't give a lot of information on the csv orders, just the basics. I need more extensive information like the shipping and billing address, product numbers, prices and such.

Have you tried opening the XML file in Excel? When I try this, it gives me a few options on how to display the information but then I have a spreadsheet I can resave as a .CSV.

Also if you use Quickbooks for your accounting software, you may want to try out Web Connector. Otherwise I hope this helps for your .CSV.
