Step 1 - After downloading and installing ChatStat, open the program and login to your new account. Click the "Site HTML" button located under the "Quick Tasks" tab.

Step 2 - Copy the entire code from the default "JavaScript HTML Snippet" area.
Step 3 - Enter your Ecommerce Control Panel and click the HTML, then Right Column HTML menu.
Step 4 - Paste the full HTML code from step 2 into the main content area.
Step 5 - Make sure the display option shows either custom only or both custom and default. Click the save button to finish.
