Their customer service is excellent. I was always able to get someone on the phone and a couple of times they spent extended amounts of time walking me through procedures.
You get 2 free chargebacks a month, which is nice. We rarely went over that so we never really paid for chargebacks. There's a $10 monthly account fee and then the regular percentage fees plus a per transaction fee. I think the pass through and per transaction fees depend on your account, so you'd probably have to contact them and ask for specifics.
Oh, and you get unlimimted free echecks. Or at least I did. Major bonus.
If they supported a gateway that worked with

, I wouldn't have switched but they have a proprietary system that doesn't interface with anything. Not even ICVerify. When we were small and used a terminal it was no big deal but now we're doing hundreds of charges and week and need something totally automated.
