Is there a way to freeze the store (and the monthly fees) while we get some things sorted out here? I dont want to shut it down completely, but would like to put it "on hold" and stop accepting orders for a while without making monthly payments to Netsol.

There is not a way to do so, unfortunately. How long are you talking about keeping the store down?
