Hey all ... I tried calling them 8 times last night ... and now 4 times tonight and no one picks up.
I can totally understand if they are busy ... but I thought they would at least pick up and put you on hold?
It goes to a messaging system and prompts you to leave a message but you are unable to do so.
Anyone know whats up?

I forgot that it was Thanksgiving yesterday. Ours was back in the second week of October!!!
I'll call them tomorrow.

It's hard enough to try and remember all of the holidays up here in Canada ... let alone the US

I didn't know Canada had any holidays! 
We still had plenty of customers calling us on Thanksgiving, even customers from the good old U.S. I guess some people can't just take a break and enjoy a holiday.

Sorry about that... standard phone support was closed on Thanksgiving, but we did still maintain emergency support (we had a few techs on call... the emergency line calls the techs beepers and cell phones.
