Howdy,
I just wanted to add...I've been using Linkpoint.com for a few years. LinkPoint International is a major vendor, and although a bit pricey, service, payment, support and tools are flawless.
I've been on-line for a few years now, and when I joined monstersmile.gif (last October), I entertained adding real-time processing to the back end...incidentally, although monstersmile.gif offers LinkPoint, I would've had to close my account and reopen a new one.
I opted to keep my account and continue manual processing. If I ever (I doubt I will) decided to host elsewhere, I can easily port my processing...cant do that with integrated.
Admittedly, it is an extra step.
Just my 2 cents.
All the best of luck!

Hi ceridwen,
To enable your MonsterCommerce store to use your Linkpoint merchant account, you just need to configure your store's Online Payment Manager.

To do this, go to the Admin menu Order Information > Online Payment Manager. In the dropdown list of available gateways, select your Linkpoint gateway and click Edit Gateway. This will display the fields you need to fill in for your Linkpoint gateway. Once filled in, click Save Changes for Selected Gateway. Then make sure to select Linkpoint from the dropdown again and click the Enable Gateway button. That's all there is to it!

Since we support two different Linkpoint gateways, here are some specifics for each option:
If you use Linkpoint Basic (HTML), you may need to change the return URL within your gateway configuration panel (if you have one specified).

If you use Linkpoint API, before your gateway will work you need to send us the digital certificate (the PEM file) within a ticket and we will install it on your site for you.

Let us know if you have more questions!
