Saxon,
I have forwarded your post to Adam. He is out of the office today for the Holiday. He will get back with you shortly.

Saxon, I have stats for 11/27 so it might be something specific to your url. I had problems last week and MC fixed it likety split as soon as I submitted a ticket.

Same with me Saxon. Had problems last week and

had it fixed in hours. I think its problems with individual sites and not Urchin as a whole.

Sorry for the delay in response...I have been promising the mega post on stats information and kept missing my post deadlines as we had to work out final details on the issue on all departments (i.e. pricing issues, etc, etc). That oft-hinted at yet not-yet posted response is immediately forthcoming though so thanks to all for their patience. I am just getting it looked over to make sure I don't make a mistake on any of the details in the message.
Just a quick follow up response to saxongifts.com :
Urchin did not "take the day off". Due to Holiday shopping we had many customers with higher than usual log file volumes and this in turn has led to increased Urchin stats processing times.
We did have a few customers that have had such intense increased traffic that a couple of stats processing delays or "hiccups" occurred.
At this time though, your stats appear to have run for the 27th and up to the present date. As for the increased processing time, etc, etc...this is being addressed and while it should not be an issue given the correlation of the traffic increase/log file increase to the holiday season, I am taking many actions to ensure that this issue is improved and not reoccurring or in any way worsening.
Finally, I would have to agree with one of the posts...should any customer ever have any issues with stats (Urchin specifically), please use the ticketing system as the primary means to report an issue as our ticket response and resolution time is very rapid as opposed to supporting an issue via the forums. With that being said, if nothing else a PM to me is still a better option since it allows me to be directly notified rather than potentially missing the thread/post for one reason or another in the general forums.
Saxon - let me know directly if you have any other concerns or require further information or discussion on this issue or any related items.
Ok, big Urchin post up next!
