Someone told me they used to have a store under different software that synched completely with UPS. If I understood them correctly, the order was placed, UPS rates pulled, all they did was ok it and the label, tracking number etc was automatically generated. These people don't understand import/export processes with excel so I know they didn't do it that way. Is anyone doing this?

I am entering the individual's info into Worldship separately, generating the label there and copying the tracking number back into the order form.

Sorry cant be much help now as we use FedEx and Dp 4 to do our labels and tracking numbers etc
