Seems like over the past week I have been getting a ton of declines due to "insufficient funds". Anyone else notice this? Does it speak to the economy as a whole?

I had this to happen this week.. Also have had problems with IE7 /XP Pro and USEpay not working for some reason... its giving an non matching address when I know the address on the card is correct. The same card worked in Firefox.

I had a repeat customer in the past 2 weeks try 3 or 4 times to checkout but the error kept being "do not honor" (USA ePay). I've never seen that. When I got back from vacation they called me and ordered over the phone and it worked just fine, as it did the many previous times.

You got to go on vacation? Without a laptop? What a luxury that would be!

Oh no I took my notebook and processed orders in QB. I still can't convince some customers that ordering from our site is more secure than over the phone though.

Actually I don't know what a vacation is. Every time I leave the house for even a short trip I take my work with me. Luckily I can write off my new Alienware notebook.
