Full Version: Still Having The Order Email Notification Issue!

I've just contacted tech support again. If I'm not getting my order notification emails, them my customer's are probably not receiving theirs either! This has been going on since last Wednesday. They are coming through sporadically. What must I do to get this resolved? I really need someone to take responsibility to get this fixed once and for all.

Really surprised this hasn't been addressed yet here in the forums. Re-Open the last ticket you had, if you didn't make one for last time, create one now. This is assuming you can't call them directly on the phone at the moment.
