Does anyone have a clue how I should set up my shipping options?
I offer free shipping on most of my products but that excludes AK, HI & PR. Those places must pay for shipping even on items that have free shipping selected. I have been using Custom shipping but I needed to separate those items that I can't provide free shipping for from those that I can so I have now set it to Real Time Rates, adjusted all the products to have free shipping that can but I'm afraid if someone is in AK, HI or PR that they will be able to select Free Shipping if the item they order is set that way and I'll get stuck with a shipping bill.
Does anyone else have this issue and how was it resolved?

Very good question, I haven't thought of this for awhile, went into shipping methods to look and doesnt' appear it can be done. Lucky for me I haven't had any orders over $100 to AK or HI. Maybe version 7 will have this option?
