Hi, We had an international order come in as "Shipping Method: Shipping is not required. " sites been up for over a year now and I've never seen this before. From what I can tell we don't actually have this as a shipping option, any ideas how they managed to pull that off?

Is it possible that the product they ordered was set for free shipping? Or perhaps it was an Eproduct or Gift Certificate? If this doesn't fit the order, then I'd contact support.

I'll check to see if it was a Gift Cert somehow, but other then that everything looks normal.
