I'm not sure if there is a file size restriction (I checked the help file and didn't notice anything). But when I want to add additional images to a product, it gives me this error.



I've tried to do this both in IE7 and Firefox...no luck...

Any help with this?

It could be a couple of issues. If the image is not corrupted, then it may be you are trying to upload from a folder with a special character in the folder name, normally a period. If those two do not work, then the best bet would be to give us a call at 800.353.6582.

The folder has a dash in it. But, after lots of trying different things and on the phone for 1 hour with support. It seems its my computer acting up somehow. I don't know what would cause it, but I can upload fine on my laptop.

Both systems running Windows XP SP2 and both are up to date with all updates.

Thanks for the reply, I guess I'm stuck adding photos from my laptop. Everything else can be done with my desktop, just can't upload any pictures from there...weird! Very weird!
