We recently had our top image redone, and now the tables don't align. I've been asked to trouble shoot. Just wanted to ask a quick question. The top image is now 1009px (why?, don't know). My question is: shouldn't the Left Column, Right Column and Center Column all add up to the 1009px?

And if anyone wanted to help .... :- , the top image no longer sits on the Columns. I've looked at the code, but can't figure out where the prob is. Any help would certainly be appreciated. Site: GearZone

Thx,
MartiniGuy

Hey Kenny,
maybe adding a negative margin or negative padding? As I recall, I had the same issue a while back. If I can think of a solution, I'll drop you a PM or another post.

Ken,

At first glance, I don't think the problem is the lower columns adding to 1009. I added the widths of your lower buttons and they add up to 1009, so you are cool with that. You can check:

1.- after the header image, you are using a <br> and them the map for the links Gift certificates, Closeouts, etc.
Maybe you need to make it 2 separate <tr>'s

ie:

<table>

<tr><td>The main header</td></tr> <--- instead of a <br>

<tr><td>Gif Certs, Closeaouts, etc </td></tr>

I will take a look at it again later on, I am at work.

Scooter,

Thanks for looking at it that closely. I totally missed the <br> tag. This isn't my code. I'll have to look at that later, myself. Got school tonite. So the fun stuff (coding, etc!!) has to wait.
