I searched the forums but could not find anything related to this error.

Every once and awhile I get failed orders because of this PayPal error:

Value of OrderDescription element has been truncated.

For example my friend attempted to purchase something from my site. One credit card kept receiving this error, however when he switched to another card it worked fine.

This is all PayPal says about the error:

Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details.

I got this information from (https://www.paypal.com/IntegrationCenter/ic_api-errors.html). Can someone help? I have lost customers because of this error.

I would also like to add that sometimes customers get this error and orders will go through, but most of the time they do not.
