I must be losing it. I thought that there was a place in admin to set the normal order processing days? In other words the amount of days between day of order and day of shipment. I thought that this adjusted what the customer sees when it shows the expected ship date in checkout. Am I wrong or is this settable somewhere?

I don't think we have a way in V4 to show that?
The only day setting I remember that mentions days is the unfinished cart days.
