I'm not sure why, but a lot of the descriptions used to define the colors in the:

Site Layout > Site Wide Colors & Fonts

don't seem overly clear to me. I've checked the manual and it doesn't specify which colors and fonts cover which areas of the site. I've been able to figure out some on my own (as I'm sure my customers are wondering as colors randomly change while they shop).

Would it be possible for someone in support to have a numbered screen shot with another corresponding screen shot of which settings affect which areas?

I have an IT Degree from Penn State so I figure that I can't be the only one trying to figure out what all these affect on my site!

Anyone else perplexed by the multitude of color and font options that aren't so well defined in this menu?

I personally liked the info or ? in version 3x that allowed you to know what font was where or I believe it was veiw?

This was a big help in finding out what was where.

Hi! A QuickGuide is in the works to display all of the color information for layout and fonts within Site Layout menu. The version 4.0 manual has come a long way in detailing this section of the administration panel - except for the Site Wide Fonts area which will be done with the next manual update (around December 15).
