So I signed up for a new store on v7. I completed the "activation" process through the new forum link in my NetSol control panel. It told me a moderator would have to approve my account and that it usually takes minutes. That was two days ago. I submitted two Express Service Requests a day ago - haven't heard a word. There doesn't appear to be a ticket system in the new control panel, so I can only assume my two requests for help were actually sent (there was no confirmation either time). Yesterday, I sent a PM to a forum moderator here, still no answer.

Does anyone know how to get access to the v7 forums?

Not that I agree with it, but my guess would be that the forum moderators are on Holiday. Probably trying to do everything they can to stay away from these forums.

Good point!

It gets better.

Eric from NetSol replied to tell me he didn't know what the v7 forums were and asked me to tell him. His next line says I can reply to the email, and the next line after that says do not reply to the email but fill out a new service request.

What a joke.

Hi sgrover,

The forums are managed by a small group of people including me and we are the only people involved with that community. Unfortunately we were out of the office last week on vacation and validation was taking longer than normal. Secondly all members that were in validation have been processed now. Finally only our E-Commerce support team knows of the forums so if you were speaking to Network Solutions general support line they would not be able to help you with this. If you have any questions you can feel free to contact me but please refrain from the negative comments that you have brought up. We are here to help you with your questions but if you have or need urgent help you know that the forums are not the best place to get a hold of us at Network Solutions, you need to call our support line at 1-800-353-6582.
