I just noticed that I have a payment method called "pay by account". How do I get rid of this?

I think that is found under order information - custom payment manager.

Yeah, I looked there but don't see anything that resembles it. I think it might have been placed there by someone fixing a ticket I had in about my orders. Or maybe I did it and have no idea how! In any event, it hasn't caused a problem yet, but I don't want a customer thinking that I'm going to bill them.

Under custom payment you should be able to click the hide button and it will not show up anymore.
