I use a couple of programs, but I have a large file approx 100k, that I'd like to reduce to at least half if not more while still maintaining decent pixelization. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

i dont know if they have it with the current version but you could download a 30 day trial for the CS2 programs. You can go to adobe's site to test if you like it. When i got CS2 i had NO clue what I was doing...in fact I was editing pics in paintbrush and a free version of Picture it. embarassed.gif Looking back those seems like cavaman tools to me but that was less than 2 years ago. After getting the program I G'd free tuturials for everything I wanted to do plus the help menu is really great too. Results are great and it saves tons of time. That price tag is scary though. But there are pleanty of people on the net that have found their way around that . . . i didnt say that wink.gif

EZ Thumbnails works for me. You can do batch resizing. I use it mostly to make the thumbs for all my products... but you can choose to what size you want to make the images, what compression, etc
