We just recently took Fedex International shipping off as a shipping option (too many BOGUS orders). We want customers to email us to ship internationally, and would like to change the line that now says "No Shipping Rates available for your shipping address" in the "select your shipping method" area when they try to place order online. Is there any way to change this line?

I don't believe you can. A work around would be to create a note at the top of the page. We currently have one at the top of ours. I have been planning to add something about our international shipping.
