I have been researching Online CRM software or Customer chat software such as Groopz. What I have found is that $40 is on the expensive side. While this is alot less than the cost of LivePerson it is still not cost effective for a startup.

I have found there are many free versions of customer chat software but they all lack something and are a beginner level to get you to purchase their upgraded software for $30 and up.

I am looking for a solution that is under $20($15 would be better). I can do without certain features but I definitely need operator initiated chat, customer tracking, and would like it to be hidden in a system tray and not alway on my desktop.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I did find one that I liked at LiveChatNow.com. Has anyone heard of them? They only charge $19.50 but that is per operator, I am the only person right now, but I may need to add someone else later.

If monstersmile.gif could negotiate a better deal with a company for all of its merchants that would be great.(Capt. wink,wink nudge,nudge whistling.gif )

Let me know what application is the best and we can contact them to negotiate a lower rate for MC clients.
