I want to set up a custom html page that has all of our customers product reviews. Is there a function call that will do this or will I have to manually input and update the page.

There is no function call or any other option for product reviews that will do what you are describing. I suggest updating a page manually for now. It certainly could be suggestable as a new feature, as it's a good idea.
