Help!

Our admin panel is down all of the sudden. I cannot locate the "original" MC tech support number. Does anyone know what it is?

Nevermind. They are aware of it.

Seems to be working again... along with the "mymonstercommerce" site as well.

Hi All,

We had to restart one of our servers and that affected all admin logins. Note - frontend of the site and everything else was working just fine, you just could not login to the admin panel. Just like all computers we occasionally have to restart them.

Also as stated many times - the forums is not the place to post any site down information, etc. You MUST contact support.
