I created an order form for the few customers I have that like to mail me money-orders. However, the permanent left side column is preventing the entire form to be printed. Is there a way to create a custom page without the left side column?

here is a look at my order form page: Mail-In Form

Thanks in advance for any help!!

We have a mail order form that is saved in .pdf format and uploaded to the root/main folder and we link directly to it from the store.

This way it's not included in the custom page format that gives all the left, top, and bottom from your store.

You can also custom make the form and save it as HTML (with your html editor) and upload it to your website.

We also use a PDF loaded to the root and linked to from the left menu. You can control how it looks and prints out with the pdf. If you don't have the software adobe offers a free trial in which you can convert several for free for the first so many days. We created it in Publisher and then converted it. I think a fellow monstersmile.gif offered us theirs as a pattern.
fax/mail order form
We also used it to create a return form which is even better and used 50 times as often
return form

Use them as a pattern if you want to.

Nice looking form Steve,

You can also use or download Open Office (free) which has allows you to save any docs in pdf.
