Full Version: Odd Anomoly In Firefox With Pricing!
MonsterSmallBusiness Forums > MonsterCommerce > Using MonsterCommerce Software

I was checking my site in Firefox (latest version)...if you view a product with a related product, the related product (regardless of the price) will show the same price as the product you are viewing. Perhaps I missed something, but this is new to me?

Not happening on my site man. However, I never noticed that the prices show up under the related products! Where the heck have I been?

I see this happening on your site too. See this link in both IE and FF:

But does not appear to be happening on my site that I can tell.

Looks correct in Firefox for Mac and Safari for mac.

I believe this is related to this known issue.

I've seen it discussed on these forums before so I thought it sounded familiar. Note that the pricing in the cart once the product has been added is correct.

Thanks all.

Hi All,

This is a known issue but is caused due to variants typically and related products and only in FF. Note that this is due to the way FF renders and handles javascript. Due to this there is not too much that we can do to work around this other than to not use JS but then the variant pricing would not change when selecting other options.
