BrowserCam is a great tool! It lets you view your site in all kinds of platforms (microsoft, apple, linux) and all kinds of browsers - IE (several versions), Safari, Netscape, Firefox, Opera and more. You can capture a picture of a page on your web site through the eyes of any combination of browser/platform you want or you can log in on remotely and crusie your site yourself (the best experience...don't own a mac but want to see what your site looks like and how it performs on a mac? You have a way now).

Here is the ouch part of Browsercam - It costs $500 for a year membership. But the good news is they offer group memberships which split the cost up between 20 people so the cost is only $25 per year...but you have to have 20 people all sign up at the same time under one account. I had this last year but my membership has expired so I want to get another. I used this service often and find it invaluable. (You never interact with the other 20 and in fact you don't even know who they are.....it is just a way to share the cost of a membership).

If interested you can become part of the 20 group here:

You pledge $25 using PayPal or a credit card. It is not collected or billed unless the cost is totally funded, that means 20 people have to pledge before it goes into effect.

If you have questions about how it works, let me know. Hope some of you consider joining so I can start using it again!

Just need two more people at $25 each and we are there....fully funded and can start to use the service!
