Should the customer reviews be BEFORE or AFTER the related products? I can see good points to both. I'm leaning to comments/reviews first, related items second.

I agree with Dante...they should be 'before' as they are intended to help sell your primary item. Then [hopefully] your customers will move to the related ones.
