Full Version: Authorize Transaction Key Problems

I hope some body can explain what I'm doing wrong. On three occasions in the past four months I've had orders declined because my transaction key was suddenly rejected. I had done nothing I'm aware of to cause this, but had to reset my transaction key for orders to proceed. i emailed Authrize.net and got back a form response that came nowhere close to answering the question. Any ideas?

Hi Graeme-

The best bet would be to call Authorize.net directly, or call your merchant account provider and see if they can help resolve the issue.
