We use 4 step now but it seems way to long, does anybody use 2 step and seem to like it. or have good results?
(What would be awesome would be 1 step like Volusion has)

when i shop it make no diff to me. I honestly don't think about it ...or care. But for whatever reason for my site I use 2 step. I used to have 4 but I changed it thinking maybe others will like it better. I don't think it really matters to most people as long as they can get they easily w/ clear directions

Here are some interesting checkout statistics that are worth a look.
The "Complimentary White Paper" is worth reading too.

We use 2 step, and do believe it helps.
What we really want is a one-page checkout like 's major competitor offers. I hope that this is planned for the future.

2-Step here. And without a doubt, it made a dif when we switched. In fact, switching back to 4-step was a repeatable and trackable downward trend in finished carts. Switching back was just as trackable.
Tho' as a consumer, I'm with Taj. Never really thought about it or cared. Must be our demographic.
