Anyone have suggestions for 3rd party upload services? I want to post some user submitted photos and such; so I need offer the ability for users to upload jpgs, docs and such. I need a reasonable service that allows the ability to integrate the look of my site. Id much prefer a file upload versus having users email the items (dont feel like fighting viruses).
Any suggestions are appreciated--especially if you have this type of functionality on your site.

Well ........... just to keep you from hanging, and since I viewed .... sorry, No. You'd think somebody on here would have used those services. For us, we currently have no use for it.

What do you think about suggesting to your customers that they post pictures online using Flickr, or some other photo sharing website? Then you can simply view & download or link to their pages.

Really the only easy way to do something like this would be to develop your own file manager type program where the customer would be able to browse and then upload the file. You would have to do this with either PHP or ASP on a hosting package someplace. Otherwise I would recommend a file service like http://www.uploading.com/ or http://www.yousendit.com/

Both these sites have free accounts that you can sign up and basically what they do is let the client upload the image to them, and then they send you an email with what the address is to download the file. They will typically host your file for so long.
