Hi All,

What merchant account do you recommend? Based on service, fees, contract.. etc. Is there any merchant account with no contract termination fee (besides paypal) or shorter then 1 yr.

Thank You

unitedapparel,

Of course I would recommend using our services:

http://merchantaccounts.networksolutions.com/

We know there will be no problems with the gateway they use and our integration; plus they are familiar with our software and what to expect from our technical support.

Thanks
Doug

You may want to check this out. I have heard some chatter about it but don't have any 1st hand knowledge. We use Authorize.net and they work great for us.

You can also get your merchant account through your local bank, such as Bank of America, Wachovia, etc. The bank I use is a small one horse community bank with five branches. I have found their rates to be very competitive plus I have a local person to go choke if I need to. Keep in mind if you go this route make sure the gateway is compatible with your merchant account.

Your problem is that you are logging in to the Resellers section. You should be logging in to the Merchant section. Don't worry I made the same mistake once and I am in there every day. If you get into the right section and can't figure it out PM me and I will assist you.

hmmm, thanx steve. i duno where i was b4 but i finally found the info i needed today. so basically the set fee for most of them is like 50 - 60 a month a month. the minimum...thats if u have no sales or whatever. i wast trying to see at what point is it worth gettin a merch. account. once i hit $1000 sales each month i will get it.
