I have seen some Merchant Accounts make you sign up for 1 or 2 yrs, if you break that contract they charge you a really high fee. Does Merchant Account have any type of contract? I know Paypal Direct Payment does not have this.

We do have an early termination fee. However, it's very reasonable. Here's what I'll do you for you. If you don't think we're doing an awesome job for you, and you feel we're not providing you world-class service and support, I'll waive it.
