hello

i have set up administrator permissions for my customer service department and shipping department, both with diferent permissions. The shipping admin account keeps locking up, i get a small lock by the name, and every time this happens they have to call me because they can't log in to the admin panel. i just go and click on the lock to disable it, but i don't know why is it happening, is there a reason for it?
is there a way to stop this from happening?
i would like to know how to fix it, since the sipping department work longer hours than me, when it happens and i'm not here (or the other super admin), then they can't work on it...

please, some help with this....

Hi Moraima,

When you get that lock next to the admin name, that means someone has tried to login to the account with the wrong password 6 times. So due to this I would recommend either changing the username as someone knows that username and is constantly trying to get in with that login, or speak with your employees to make sure they are using the proper login information.
