Hello,

I noticed that all my abandoned shopping carts say under customer "not available" even if they are logged into my site at the time they abandoned their cart. Is there a setting or something that makes the customer name available if they are logged in so we can follow up with the customer?

Thanks, martiniemoticon.gif

Hi Michelle-

The information is captured during the checkout process. There isn't a setting or anything to adjust how the active cart is saved.

Thanks

So does that mean there is no way to view the name of the logged in customer who abandoned the carts even though it says "customer"? It will ALWAYS say not available?

The saved carts will display any information that has been saved past the first step of checkout --the Address step. If a customer adds products to the cart, goes past the login page of checkout and then submits their address information, this will be viewable within the cart. The feature is not tied to previously logged-in customers that have not at least passed that first step of checkout.

I created a saved cart on your site - dpcdist.com - just for example purposes. It should have information for Name/Address and so forth.
