Sean, what types of customizations are you referring to? Design? JavaScript? If there is a reason there is a roadblock with your project, I can get in touch with the Team Lead of that group and get the ball rolling.

That's true. I think "customization" and "custom programming" may have inadvertently been used interchangeably here.

My best guess when someone refers to customization is the design element. Since we don't do "programming" per se (Design, I believe, offers some snippets of Javascript when they do some types of sites), that's probably what is being referred to in this case.

You're right. We simply need some redesign and java added to our product display page.

Nearly everything we sell requires personalization, and MC's standard personalization options are not sufficient.

Some items we sell allow up to 3 lines of personalization and others allow up to 10 lines of personalization, but alll need a textarea to input variable text or special instructions. For instance, a customer orders 10 trophies (and recieves a quantity discount) and wants to engrave each child's name. I need a text area that is xx rows big to allow for this information. I've tried a hyperlink to a form page, but it just confuses the customer and they forget to check out.

I'm simply trying to get some one to redesign my product display page and add this functionality. I've seen other MC sites with this (it's part of their long description), so I know it's possible...

I'm very frustated by MC's lack of response. I'm offering MC extra money...aren't they interested??

I've watched the forums over the past 2 years, and there was concern that this would happen when Network Solutions took over. Now I am beginning to believe it.
