We have are own certificate installed but get a certificate mismatch error when you try to print an order on the order confirmation page when a customer checks out. When I choose to view the certificate it is ours so does anyone no how I might correct this or ran into this issue.

Thanks!

Hi JMcNeese,

I would go to Settings >> Site Security, if the field Secure Path is not set to https://www.yourdomain.com - this page will show that warning because the Logo displayed at the top uses the url that is located in that field.

Once this is set to https://www.yourdomain.com this should resolve the issue.

Joe can you have them fix ours (www.specialtysports.com) we put a ticket in Friday about it but they haven't been able to fix it yet.

HI BCB,

I will contact my team to take a look into this. Right now I see that your site is awaiting to have its SSL certificate installed. Once completed we will be able to get this taken care of.
