I think this is just the way MC has coded their software.

Basically, I've bolded some words within the product title (ex. "On Sale", "Value Size", etc). These words surely catch the customers attention, and usually outperform other products on the same page. I bold the words simply using HTML symbols (,<b>,</b>)

Problem: these symbols appear on the StoneEdge sales receipt and packing slips. Is there any way to prevent these symbols from showing up, yet still keeping certain words bolded?

You just need a custom report in StoneEdge (that strips the HTML tags out of the name stored on the order, or that uses the product name stored in StoneEdge). Both are pretty easy to do... but can't help you with either

They will not give you all the information you need. For that you will probably need a book on Microsoft Access. But they are a good start, and may be enough if you are already familiar with Access or good at figuring things our yourself.
