We're building an e-store for the first time and will also be shipping product for the first time.
Is there a science or theory to determining shipping rates? How'd you figure yours out?
Also ... how long does it typically take an employee to fulfill an order? We'll be selling surf related casual wear ... board shorts, rash guards, t-shirts, etc.
We're trying to determine whether we'll charge handling fees and one factor is how long it will take an employee to fulfull an order.
