On a item is there a way to display the Manufacturer Part Number but hide the Manufacturer Name?

If you used APD you'll have to set the new option as Custom. It's under HTML > Product Details.

Check the function calls to add or remove what you want from the product detail page.

With the new update, APD is now HTML > Product Details Editor.

Use <% DRAWPRODUCTPARTNUMBER %> and not the MFG name or logo. You should be able to adjust this even in the standard Layout settings.
