Why oh why would anyone program the MC software to read "Estimated Shipping Rates" above my custom shipping method. Its confusing to me, and surely to the customer. There is nothing "estimated" about a custom shipping method. The prices are set in stone. Please inform me how this can be changed or disabled. (Note, I need to have "Top Display" option activated, so that it appears ABOVE my real-time rates).

If that cant be done, then please take off this verbage in an upcoming release.

And I still don't understand what purpose "Estimated Shipping Rates" serves??

This is actually something that is being resolved with the 4.6 release. That text will not be displayed on top of your Top Displayed custom shipping methods.

Another question about custom shipping. Is it possible to put an image before the "custom shipping display text"?

We use custom shipping only for orders under one pound and it displays second below UPS real-time. Without an image it is almost impossible to see the option. The majority of customers who are eligible for custom shipping rates miss it.
