Recently quite a few of the orders that go through have had the both billing address completely filled out as well as the shipping address filled out. However both addresses are the same. I worry that the "Billing Address is Same as Shipping Address" is not prominent enough so customers arent seeing it and thnking that they have to fill out both of them even if they are the same. I don't want to frustrate our customers and I would like to be able to make it a diffrerent color or something. Maybe put a border around it. Unfortunately the css class it is set up on is "checkouttext". So by changing this it will change everything else. Any suggestions?

If I had to guess, if a client is using AutoFill from their web browser - this will fill in both addresses and not check that box.

Ahhh. Thats a possibility I never thought of. I will have to go back and check to see if they are exact duplicates or if there are any slight differences (ie, caps, no caps, etc)

We get this too regularly and have looked at the addresses very closely and they always seem to be the same. Our guess, is as Joe pointed out, that people hit that auto fill.

Really aggravating though, we you want to definitely find the ones that are different addresses, and when you get the same it just takes the extra time to verify that two addresses are not different.
