William-
The last time it was discussed...

basically said "not yet". Although I haven't been vocal in any of the other threads about it, I should point out a few things that were missed...
In most implementations of VBV or MCSC, the password step is placed AFTER the customer submits their order. Therefore, even if the customer can't remember their password, cancels the window - whatever... the order is still completed (albeit without the extra authentication by VBV or MCSC)... therefore, if integrated correctly, it would have ZERO effect on checkout completion...
Most merchant account providers that are supporting these authentication methods are charging extra for them ($0.05-$0.10 per transaction)... however, the actual (interchange) rates for transactions done via VBV or MCSC are lower, so your processing costs could go down (along with enhanced protection against chargebacks.)
I'd love to see

implement this - but it's a big project to do (as the integration requires quite a bit of coding)... so don't expect a miracle any time soon.
