I was looking in the Admin Panel/Store Orders/Not Finalized. If I pick one, and hit Edit, there is an option to email the customer. What happens when I hit that button? Is there a default email? What? Just curious. Don't want to hit it until I know what it does. Thanks,

When you hit the button, it will allow you to enter a email address, a subject line as well as an area to send a personal message.
