Full Version: Email On "not Finalized" Orders
I was looking in the Admin Panel/Store Orders/Not Finalized. If I pick one, and hit Edit, there is an option to email the customer. What happens when I hit that button? Is there a default email? What? Just curious. Don't want to hit it until I know what it does. Thanks,
You just get the option of sending an e-mail from the admin panel. Click on it nothing happens -unless you click: Send
On a liter note: With the kind of Tought-Out-Door-Gear you sell I would think you would not be affright of "clicking" on a small bottom

When you hit the button, it will allow you to enter a email address, a subject line as well as an area to send a personal message.

I was told there used to be an option for an auto-reply. You had to invoke it, but the email was boilerplate. And could be done from that same section. Is it possible that was on an older version of the cart software? Or something that was just done away with?
