How do I give a web designer access to my site? He's worked on other MC sites before, but I'm not sure what I need to do to give him access and what level access I should grant.

He sent me this email:

"I was able to log into Network Solutions site and then forwarded to MonsterCommerce website ( Quick User Guide and other Tutorials ). Now in order to use the MC FTP manager and HTML Editors to setup your website, I need to register with MC.
My existing Account is not being carried to the MC so that I can use their service since I believe Network Solutions are affiliated with MC so their should work as integrated entity where as its not function wise.
Currently I am not able to login into MC using my existing account information so please create one with them or let me know how can I access their main services."

Received a prompt email from MC, here it is. Thanks MC!

1) go Admin Panel>Admin>Administrator Editor

2) Once there you have a username password/confirm password field email address field and Super Admin checkbox. Fill this in with the desired username and password, the email for the person using this username. The Super Admin checkbox will give them full access to every part of your site, including admin creation access, check it only if you want them to be able to create usernames.

3) Once finished filling in the information click add. If you chose Super Admin you don’t have to do anything else go to the last step.
If you didn’t choose Super Admin here you need to edit permissions click on the edit button and check/uncheck what you want them to have access to. I would advise a minimum of File Manager access and access to all Design manager functions if they are going to be your Web Designer. Click save at the bottom of the permissions editor once you have it filled out to your satisfaction.

4) Click save on the username you created.

5) You’re done. To access the website with this username use this url http://sciencestoreforthestars.com/admin
