How do I set up a limit for the number of characters a customer can enter for personalization? Example: A maximum of 5 numbers is allowed. So, I don't want them to be able to enter 6 numbers.

I do not think this is possible. I think it is only possible for the payment options, etc...

Thanks! I appreciate the prompt response. Hopefully, in the future, this'll be added. That was a lifesaver on another store because my customers tended to enter more letters than are possible, even if I put (maximum 5 in parantheses). Customers aren't crazy about emails that start with "I'm sorry, but we can't do that. You've exceeded the number of characters allowed".

Hey, now that I see what you mean, that would be smart, especially for engraving. If you can only fit a certain amount on a bracelet I do see the need to have this feature...hmm, maybe someone will have an alternative.
